Pig feet Recipe - This is a home make style pig feet. Recipe Ingredients: 1 - 2 fresh Pig feets chop to desire size (not so big - ask meal market to chop the feets). 2 - 2 teaspoon of Chu Hou Paste (Lee Kum Kee). 3 - 1 tablespoon Black Bean Garlic Sauce (Lee Kum Kee). 4 - 1 sliced ginger and 4 pieces of fresh Garlic 5 - 3 tablespoon of tomato Ketchup 6 - half of small hot peper. Recipe Instructions: 1 - Wash/clean the pig feets. a - Wash the pig feets in water. b - Heat up a pot of boil water and put the pig feets there for 10 - 15 minutes. c - Wash them again in cold water - This will remove the excess fat, pig's smell ..etc. 2 - Bring a 1/4 pot of water in a mid size pot(enought water to cover the meat). 3 - Add 2 teaspoon of Chu Hou Paste, 3 tablespoon of Ketchup and hot peper in the water. 4 - In a separate pan or wok - Put the ginger slice and galic with some oil ( cook until Galic is little brown ) 5 - Add 1 tablespoon of Black Bean Garlic Saurce to the pan. 6 - Add the Pig feets to pan. 7 - Pan fire the Pig feets until you see some burns on the skin - This will remove fats again and add more favor to the meat. 8 - Put the pig feets into the water pot. 9 - Reduce heat to simmer and cook pigs feet until tender ( about 1-1/2 hours). 10 - Stir the meat once in a while. After 1-1/2 hours, test eat a small piece of meat. If it is not tender enought, then cook a litte longer.
